Types of training

Ensuring a sound level of skill across all cabin crew capabilities.

Our SEP technical training course is compliant with rules and regulations. These modules are mandatory in order to obtain the Cabin Crew Attestation qualification and we deliver these in a full-time seven-day training programme.

Skyborne can also offer the course on a remote basis, with one practical day to be attended at Gloucestershire Airport HQ (or the customer’s location) covering first aid, life raft drills and fire training.

Skyborne’s specially designed course provides the added value of a two-day ‘Service Training’ element, which will teach you how to define service excellence, whilst learning effective techniques to deliver unbeatable customer service consistently. You will also learn basic food and beverage skills as a basis for service excellence in the cabin and be better prepared for type-specific training that will be offered by airlines and corporate jet operators alike.

BY THE END OF THIS MODULE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO :
