Skyborne promotes Carla Booth to Group Head of Airline Business as it seeks to boost airline relationships

SKYBORNE PROMOTES CARLA BOOTH TO GROUP HEAD OF AIRLINE BUSINESS AS IT SEEKS TO BOOST AIRLINE RELATIONSHIPS. 

Global – 21 December 2022: Skyborne is announcing the promotion of Carla Booth to Group Head of Airline Business, a new position responsible for growing the academy’s relationships with key global airlines. 

In the role, Carla, who joined Skyborne as Head of Recruitment in early 2019, will be tasked with building airline pathways for prospective Skyborne trainees, alongside customer support and pilot selection.

Lee Woodward, CEO, Skyborne, says: “Carla has been an indispensable member of our team over the last four years, demonstrating her ability to build relationships and identify opportunities for Skyborne. We’re pleased to able to recognise her efforts and create a new job role that will offer her even greater scope to expand our business and forge partnerships with airlines and trainees.” 

Carla has extensive aviation experience and was Head of Airline Careers at L3Harris Commercial Aviation prior to joining Skyborne. Before this, she spent eight years at CTC Aviation Training as Selection Manager.
