Skyborne is today announcing the appointment of Paul Fabian as General Manager of its UK facility at Gloucestershire Airport.

Fabian brings 30 years of senior airline experience to the role which will involve leading the UK management team, ensuring trainees receive the highest quality pilot training experience and driving the growth and future success of the business.

Prior to joining Skyborne, Fabian was Chief Operating Officer at the start-up Green Africa Airways, where he managed a team of six directors and was indirectly responsible for 430 employees. During his time in this role, Fabian ensured the safety, compliance and efficiency of the airline’s operations, strategically allocating resources to maximise operational performance.

Fabian earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Bond University in Australia and has previously held the roles of Chief Operations Officer at Air Malta and Vice President – Network Control at Emirates, where he was responsible for safe and compliant ground and air operations.
