To start your journey on the easyJet FlightCrew Futures Programme, you will first need to complete the Skyborne selection process. This can be started by registering your interest using the button on the right hand side of this page. You will receive an online application link and your application will be screened to ensure you meet the specified entry criteria. The next stage is our initial web-based selection process. This is a series of online psychometric, numeracy and aptitude assessments.<\/p>

We use the AON assessment tool to help determine whether or not you have the core skills and competencies needed to successfully commence this course. Following successful completion to this stage, you will complete an online, non-technical assessment centre, including a group exercise and personal competency-based interview with the easyJet recruitment team for the final step.<\/span><\/p>
