Skyborne offers accelerated pathway to earn bachelor\u2019s degree with Purdue University Global<\/h3>

Skyborne is partnering with Purdue University Global to offer its pilots faster and more flexible online learning and flight training options through a bachelor\u2019s degree in professional flight.<\/p>

The degree program is taught online and can be completed in less than three years. This accelerated pathway offers the potential to save up to $28,400 on the total cost of a degree from Purdue Global and allows trainees to work full time as a flight instructor during their degree program. To enroll in the program, Skyborne trainees must hold a Private Pilot Certificate (PPL), first-class medical certificate, and either a high school diploma or General Education Development (GED) qualification.<\/p>

Captain Ed Davidson, Managing Director, Skyborne, says: \u201cOur partnership with Purdue Global, part of the Purdue University system that includes its prestigious School of Engineering and Polytechnic Institute, provides a unique opportunity for Skyborne pilots to earn a degree in professional flight. Legendary aviators like Amelia Earhart, Neil Armstrong and Sully Sullenberger once called Purdue University their home.<\/p>
