Skyborne welcomed more than 80 prospective students and parents for its latest Vero Beach campus Open House, highlighting a growing demand for quality pilot training<\/a>.<\/p>

Partnered with Envoy Air<\/a> and Purdue University Global<\/a>, attendees were given the opportunity to explore Skyborne\u2019s state-of-the-art-facilities and learn about the academy\u2019s leading airline and educational partnerships.<\/p>

Lee Woodward, CEO, Skyborne, says<\/strong>: \u201cThe next generation of pilots need to be professional, skilled and able to adapt to changing technologies. We make it our mission at Skyborne to prepare pilots from Day One for real world airline operations through our high-quality training and deep instructor expertise.<\/em><\/p>

\u201cFor the last five years, we\u2019ve shown just how fantastic Vero Beach Airport and the wider Florida region is for pilot training. US airlines are hiring, and tomorrow\u2019s pilots can look forward to an exciting career.\u201d<\/em><\/p>

Through guided tours from Skyborne student ambassadors, attendees explored classrooms, flight operations, simulators and training facilities for a first-hand look into campus life at the academy. Visitors were also able to speak with Skyborne staff, instructors and industry partners – Envoy Air, Purdue University Global – and had the opportunity to ask questions during a panel discussion with current students and Certified Flight Instructors (CFIs).<\/p>

Envoy Air delivered a presentation on the Envoy Cadet Program<\/a> offered at Skyborne, a direct, structured pathway to American Airlines through the academy\u2019s full-time FAA Part 141 Program.<\/p>

It was great to see such enthusiasm from aspiring aviators exploring their pathways to a career in aviation.”<\/em><\/p>

Presenting on its partnership with Skyborne, Andrew Rachmell, Director of Educational Relationships at Purdue University Global also shared how students can earn a bachelor\u2019s degree in aviation while completing their flight training at Skyborne Vero Beach, enhancing future employment prospects.<\/p>
