A bit about me:

“One of my friends who was working as a CFI offered to take me up in a flight. Prior to this I had never thought or dreamt about becoming a pilot. However, I enjoyed the experience so much that I decided that I wanted to get my private license and continue my training to make it my career.

My dream is to travel. I want to experience different cultures, places and people. Skyborne is making that a reality for me.

I am passionate about this career and am determined to give it my all. Skyborne helps to facilitate that through their training methods, their fleet of aircraft and course materials, the whole team are really supportive. The path to becoming a pilot with Skyborne is well laid out, they focus on the detail and approach everything with such professionalism. This is a totally new experience for me, but it is a challenge that I enjoy and thrive on. I have learnt so much already and I can see how much more I will learn as I progress.

I’d like to explore many different jobs in aviation. I want to work at airlines as a commercial pilot and maybe later on potentially explore the corporate route. I am really open to what the future holds.

My advice for anyone starting this journey is to give it your all. There is so much to learn, and the sky really is the limit. Continue your race to the top no matter the doubts that creep in. Be your own believer and enjoy the ride. Oh and don’t be afraid to ask questions until you understand and feel confident.”
