We sat down with Kriti Gulgulia, who wanted to share a few quick thoughts about her excitement of just having passed her very first solo flight, helping her obtain her Private Pilot License (PPL).
So Kriti, where are you currently in your training?
“I’ve just completed my PPL.
I’m now looking forward to transitioning into the next phase of my training, Commercial Pilot Certificate (CPL), where I’ll continue building my skills and experience.”
What has been the most rewarding part of your training so far?
“The most rewarding part has been seeing how much I’ve grown, both as a pilot and as a person. Completing my PPL was a huge milestone and having Roka as my instructor has been a very important part of that journey.
His years of experience, not only as an instructor but also as a check airman, have helped me polish my flying skills, build confidence, and develop the professionalism and mindset that I’ll need throughout my career.
Having someone with that level of experience guide, challenge, and mentor me throughout my training has been incredibly rewarding. I’m grateful for the foundation I’ve built so far and excited to carry those lessons, skills, and experiences with me as I take on the next phase of my journey toward becoming an airline pilot.”
How did you hear about the IndiGo Cadet Pilot Programme through Skyborne?
“I first came across it through IndiGo’s official cadet programme website while researching the different Flight Training Organisations (FTOs) that are partnered with IndiGo.
I also reached out to friends who were already training here at Skyborne, and they had very positive things to say about their experience.
Hearing their feedback firsthand gave me a lot of confidence in Skyborne and ultimately played a big part in my decision to pursue my training here.”
