We caught up with Malachi Williams, who recently transferred to Skyborne from another flight school and is now with Skyborne, completing his FAA 141 Program.
Malachi gave us a look into why he transferred to Skyborne, what his experience has been like, and what he would say to someone who is thinking of making the switch. Read below for more info:
What made you decide to transfer your training to skyborne?
“Skyborne Airline Academy’s structure really caught my eye. It’s completely different than what I am used to – in the best way possible.
You always know exactly what you are going to do to, when you are going to do it – studying, flying, testing. I can also appreciate the consistency aspect in the sense that every student gets taught the same curriculum in this program.”
What were your first impressions when you arrived?
“The facilities are absolutely amazing; I’ve seen the fleet of 60+ on-site which are truly a privilege to be able to train with! Not to mention the staff and instructors here are always around to answer questions and offer support. I’ve felt a strong sense of community since my transfer!”
What would you say to someone considering transferring?
“I would say, don’t be afraid to make the jump when switching. The admissions team here at Skyborne is here and ready to help you with anything, answer any questions you may have about the various programs available, and help make you feel confident in your decision. If you want structure and a place where you can grow your aviation career, come to Skyborne!”
