What new skills did you learn during the Instrument Rating phase?
“Learning on a new aircraft such as the Pilot 100i, you totally have to relearn your aircraft control settings.
You have different pitch settings, different power settings, even different speeds that you must follow. Learning to adapt to all these various changes was a positive learning experience for me.”
What advice would you give to someone just starting out in their flight training?
“I would tell them that it gets easier.
The more you study, the more your foundation grows and the more new concepts become easier for you to grasp. The foundation you’ve built will really help you in the long run when you are learning new materials.”
