Gloucestershire Airport

View Information

Do you have what it takes to be a leading international airline pilot? Join us at our second open day on Saturday 18th May at our Gloucestershire Airport HQ to discover how you can learn to fly the Skyborne way.

During your visit to Skyborne Airline Academy you’ll be able to tour our purpose built 13,000 square foot training centre, chat to our dedicated and experienced instructors and find out more about the range of courses we offer to help you begin your pilot journey.

Our Diamond DA42 aircraft will be on display in our hangar so prospective students can get up close to the aircraft they will learn to fly in and you’ll also receive expert advice about a career in aviation from our guest speaker. Details soon to follow.

For your chance to experience what it’s really like to be a commercial airline pilot, we’re also offering tickets to fly in the industry’s first fixed-base Boeing 737 MAX FTD simulator and our Alsim AL-42 simulator. Please book your simulator time on your arrival at Skyborne HQ.
