Our fleet support team are made up of highly-trained and experienced technicians that ensure all aircraft are maintained to the highest standards within our immaculate and purpose-built facility at Gloucestershire Airport.

Skyborne can provide Continuing Airworthiness Management for your aircraft, meaning that they remain safe and compliant at all times.

Skyborne is a UK CAA PART-CAO approved facility, including Guernsey 2-REG approval and is an authorised Diamond and Continental service partner.

Skyborne offer a variety of services for your aircraft including :

Continuing Airworthiness Management

  • Full-time, dedicated Continuing Airworthiness Manager to ensure airworthiness compliance
  • Planning and scheduling of maintenance requirements to ensure optimum availability of aircraft
  • Aircraft maintenance programme (AMP) development and ongoing management
  • Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) survey, reports and issue
  • Technical Records team for the upkeep and management of all aircraft documents and records
  • Export and Import Certificate of Airworthiness (CofA’s)

Aircraft Maintenance

  • Highly-skilled technicians specialising but not limited to Diamond, Piper and Tecnam aircraft
  • Engine experts providing highest levels of diagnosis and repair
  • Routine scheduled maintenance and defect maintenance, from oil change to major structural inspections
  • Preventative maintenance planning to optimise aircraft condition and serviceability

Avionics Repair and Upgrade

  • Avionics carried out in-house
  • Radio Annual Inspections
  • Transponder & Altimeter Inspections
  • Pitot Static Testing
  • Full avionic upgrades, including consultation, design and installation

Parts Supply

  • Variety of stock on hand available for same day dispatch
  • AOG assistance available to provide support at aircraft location including expedited parts supply

Pre-Purchase Survey and Consultancy

  • Understand your aircraft investment prior to purchase with bespoke survey covering both the physical aircraft and maintenance records
