Skyborne Airline Academy is acquiring an FNPT II MCC-compliant A322 device (a high-fidelity simulator used for multi-crew pilot training) from Netherlands-based Aviatify.
With qualification scheduled for April 2026, the device combines Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts with simulated components to deliver realistic and reliable training. Skyborne trainees will experience immersive flight scenarios within a complex cockpit environment. It also includes an Instructor Work Station and intuitive IOS, designed by ProSim-TS, equipping instructors with tools to monitor and manage sessions effectively.
Lee Woodward, CEO, Skyborne, says: “Adding the A322 simulator strengthens our ability to deliver the highest quality of training and is an important addition to our portfolio. Aviatify’s simulators have an innovative design that will enhance both productivity and learning experiences. We look forward to offering our trainees the very best in A322 training technology.”
Frank van de Laar, Commercial Director, Aviatify, says: “Skyborne’s reputation for excellence in flight training aligns perfectly with our commitment to delivering world-class simulation devices. Collaboration on this project has been highly productive, built on transparency and shared goals. We are proud that Skyborne recognises our dedication to supporting the next generation of pilots.”
