Learning in your own environment
Skyborne believes in the importance of offering flexibility within a strong and supported working environment, during the important ground school stage of training.
Trainees will receive 30 x 1 hour sessions of expert tutoring from our industry leading instructors to complement approximately 8 hours of self-study each day. Our Progressive Continuous Learning approach, supported by Padpilot, provides trainees with the best start to commercial ground training and instructors offer ongoing support through our bespoke learning platform.
Regular progress tests are taken via SKYWORX and there is a three week exam preparation course at Capt Sahil Khurana Aviation Academy (CSKAA), Sector-7, New Delhi, taken before the final course exams.
Our role is to identify talent and test capability. Our leadership team has a wealth of experience in selecting air crew using competency-based assessment tools. We screen for aptitude, attitude, motivation and resilience.
Combining proven and progressive methods to assess technical ability and non-technical skills creates some of the most accurate and stringent testing in the industry; essential when evaluating suitability for future careers.
