Skyborne selects Eploy to streamline recruitment process

Skyborne Airline Academy has chosen Eploy, an all-in-one talent acquisition platform as its new application tracking system to streamline recruitment processes.

Skyborne will use Eploy to recruit trainee pilots and staff across its bases in the UK, US and India. Offering a state-of-the-art platform with key features for better automation and functionality, Eploy will support Skyborne’s recruitment efforts in the aviation industry and dedicated communities.

Carla Booth, Group Commercial Director, Skyborne, says: “As the Skyborne team continues to grow globally, we’re always on the lookout for talent and those with a passion for the industry to join us. Quality matters to us and whether you’re looking to learn from us or lead with us, we endeavour to make every step of the journey to your career as simple as possible.

“With Eploy in place, we’re looking forward to delivering on our goal and ensuring our recruitment process is a true reflection of the core of our business.”

Candidates applying to Skyborne can now expect an easier application submission and onboarding process through Eploy’s software system which combines applicant tracking, recruitment CRM, talent pool engagement, onboarding and analytics on one platform.

Chris Bogh, CEO, Eploy, says: “We’re delighted to welcome Skyborne onboard with Eploy. Working closely alongside the Skyborne team has been a fantastic example of what true partnership looks like.
